Appendix symptoms are these it? just had baby 9 weeks ago?

so i went to the dr. to day but he made me get an ultrasound, bloodwork,and urine test i havent been feeling well since friday feel real sick to my stomach cant eat when i do i feel like throwing up buti dont! are these the symptoms for appendix? i also get pain in my sides left and right by my pelvis? and under my ribs? isnt it bad if i have appendix they said it takes about week to see the results and also he gave me an appointment for 3 weeks but what if it is appendix? cant i die if burts? i cant wait that long! will the call me if theres something in the results? or will they just wait till 3 weeks? i have been feeling real sick i had my baby 9 weeks ago im feeding but milk supply has gone down since i cant eat! help advice please!!! should i go back to the dr. go to the hospital i heard if uer appendix burts u can die is true im freaking out here!
