Which tree should I plant?

Balsam is by far the most popular for holiday decorating. The Thuja is best as an accent in a bough arrangement. I can't say I've seen a whole cluster of Thuja......but maybe it's more common there. Spruce is a harsh needle, hard to work with. Scots Pine......hmmm, maybe. It's better for the sandy soil, but not as fast growing as the Thuga...Eastern White. Did someone mention a Juniper? Those you have to be careful about the smell.......one of the junipers smells more like urine than juniper.....not great for decorating.
