Could i have Poly cystic ovarian syndrome, pregnancy or something else!!!?

ok so i was due on 11th nov and have not yet come on. i done a test thismornin due to bein 14days late but it came back nego. have been feelin very low and emotional, have been gettin pains in both sides and weird feelins around my belly on. am goin to go drs durin the week but want some ideas on what could be wrong wif me. dnt want to much of a shock wen i go drs! any answers are accepted, thanks for the help x
