Im 15 and don't have a cell phone?

Im 15 years old and im practically the only girl in my whole school who doesn't have a cell phone. I literally don't know ayone my age who doesn't. There are 10 year olds with cellphones!!! But my family is really broke right now..so I can't ask them..And I have tried applying for jobs but no one has called back yet. And most people only hire 16 year olds. Ugh what should I do? And I am not just some bratty teenager that wants everything either.
