Trial disclosure- good or bad for Justice? I'd like at least 100 people to answer this.?

Why not stand it on its head as in France the criminal has to prove his innocence not the court prove him guilty. In other words you are guilty until proved innocent .I have served on two juries in both cases because it was a young man the women on the jury were more worried that his life would be ruined rather than the very young children lives that had been ually aulted , After the case was over one found guilty the other Innocent the guilty one had a string of convictions for the same offence his record was read out and was only found guilty by the narrowest of margins, As for the innocent one i wonder to this day what his record was like for as far as i was concerned he was as guilty as sin being found innocent no record was read out . Again let of by the ladies in sympathy for his youth.
