Are these drug mules?

I am semi-retired, so I spend a lot of time at home. I live at the gates of a decent subdivision and I see the same youthful cars come and go several times an hour all day long. The profile is non-gendered and non-racial with a very slightly higher percentage of hispanics over whites and all below 25. Also, I occasionally see very expensive tricked out cars w/ California plates come and go. We've had some drug gang activity in the past here. Are these mules?
