Could I be pregnant?

I have had a stomach ache, kinda like really really bad bloating (with some sharp pains), cramping and lower back pain. I have been feeling a little queasy too. My period isn't due for another couple of days, and it's still a little too early to test with a home preg test. Did anyone else get these symptoms in early pregnancy?
