How to get rid of wrinkly hands and why do I have them?

So I'm 13 and I have eczema, my skin is quite dry anyway, but I keep it away by using creams and body lotions. My hands are seriously wrinkly, like an old Grannys! I've always thought it's because I have eczema but could there be any other reason and how do I get rid of them!? Thanks xx
