I could use some advice about a girl?

Well there is a girl that seems pretty uptight we were introduced by friends and chat mostly online. She is very insecure but seems to be opening up a bit to me, I make a few flirty comments and she gets flustered. She is a hard one to get talking so I guess umm yeah what is up?
