100% indian hemp hair and scalp treatment?

i just bought it the other day because i like the fact that it has the herbs in it...i like natural things and the smell is very pleasant. i recently cut my hair short due to the fact that the middle had fallen out on top of that i have dandruff so my sclp gets flaky quick. i was using sulfur8 but i felt it wasn't doing anything for my hair in terms of making it healthy plus the scent was too strong. now i'm using the indidan hemp and it says that in aids in promoting healthy hair. has anyone used it and saw improvement in their hair such as texture, moisture, sheen? don't tell me other things to use in my hair i just wanna know about indian hemp....was it worth the money or not?( i stopped using castor oil and switched to it)
