Stimulus packages are not a flawed strategy. How the first stimulus package was utilized was flawed. The Obama administration umed banks would act as moral middlemen, making the money available in the form of small business loans and home loans. Instead, the banks funneled most of that money for their own gain. I know the concept of learning from one's mistakes may seem foreign to conservatives, but Democrats tend to learn from theirs.
